Whether you are aiming for MBBS or exploring alternative medical and paramedical paths, I help you plan your career beyond just one entrance exam. ## Photos and videos - [Video: Many families are only aware of the MBBS route, leading to students repeating NEET unnecessarily. In this video, I explain how our mentorship helps you explore all valuable medical and paramedical career options, ensuring your hard work pays off without delay.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/c5d794a2-b03b-4aba-8e3f-75df2048b34d) ## About Medical Career Guidance Many students lose an entire year simply because they believe the only way to a medical career is through MBBS. My job is not just to train you for the entrance exam, but to ensure you have a concrete backup plan that secures your future regardless of your final NEET score. We look at paramedical courses and specific college selections that many aspirants miss, so you start your professional journey on time rather than stuck in a cycle of preparation years. ### Breaking the Repeater Cycle Repeating an exam year after year is a choice, not a necessity. At Shelar Academy, I work with students to break the 'tunnel vision' that keeps them from seeing valid medical and healthcare professions beyond the standard MBBS route. My mentorship focuses on reality-based planning. ### Strategic Counseling We don't just guess which college you might get. My team provides a data-backed approach to your medical career: * **Score Evaluation:** A review of your performance to categorize colleges as Safe, Moderate, or Ambitious. * **Counseling Support:** Assistance with the technical process of preference forms for NEET UG counseling to avoid errors that cost students their seats. * **Beyond MBBS:** Comprehensive guidance on BAMS, BHMS, BPT, and other paramedical degrees that lead to stable, high-growth careers. ### Remote Mentorship Whether you are studying at our centers in Mulund, Thane, Airoli, or Grant Road, or joining us remotely from Dubai or Sharjah, the process is the same. I ensure that every student gets personal attention and a clear roadmap, reducing the anxiety of the counseling process and giving you the confidence to move forward with your education. ## About Shelar Academy I am Prof. Mangesh Shelar. I believe coaching ends where career building begins, so I mentor students on the full scope of medical education, not just the test. My team and I focus on getting you into an institution that fits your score and ambitions, regardless of the entrance result.
