My focus is on the 'what next'—stream selection after 10th and strategic college preference filling for JEE and NEET. We don't just teach for the exam; we handle the complete admission cycle to ensure you secure a seat, even if you didn't crack the top 1%. ### Beyond Results: A Strategy for Every Student Most coaching centers chase top ranks, but what about the rest? My commitment is to every student who walks into Shelar Academy. We follow the 3S Formula: Simple planning, strategic execution, and a student-centric approach. Here is how we support you: ### Stream Selection After 10th Choosing Science, Commerce, or Arts is a life-defining moment. We don't guess. We use a 90-minute psychometric test to analyze your numerical, verbal, and spatial reasoning. This is followed by a 1-on-1 session to map your personality to the right career path—ensuring you don't pick a stream just because your friends are doing it. ### Admission Management Getting a good rank is half the battle; filling the admission forms is where most students stumble. Whether it is JoSAA for IITs, MHT-CET, or NEET counseling, we guide you through the entire process. We build your college preference list based on historical cutoffs, ensuring you get the best possible seat relative to your score. If you missed your primary target, we help you explore alternatives like paramedical or pharmacy, so you never have to waste a year repeating. ### Global Support We understand the unique challenges faced by NRI students. We now provide end-to-end remote counseling for students in Dubai and Sharjah, handling documentation, DASA/CIWG scheme guidance, and college selection for top Indian universities. Everything we do is designed to get you from preparation to profession without unnecessary detours. ## About Shelar Academy I am Prof. Mangesh Shelar, an IITian.
