My journey started with an All India Rank 3 in IIT entrance - yeah, it was tough, but more than books, it was about mindset. Shelar Academy isn’t just about toppers. I want every confused student to find their way. Kya aap bhi unsure ho 10th ke baad? Engineering, medical, science ya kuch aur? Hum sirf padhate nahi, mentor bhi karte hain. Success parties, cricket matches, birthdays - we’re a family here. Learning should be fun, not scary. ### My work - **Coaching for Competitive Exams**: I help with JEE-Main, JEE-Advanced, NEET mentorship, MHT-CET, BITSAT, Olympiads, and foundation courses. - **Personalized Guidance and Mentorship**: Hum syllabus complete karte hain, but also give JEE advanced personalized guidance, doubt-solving, motivation, and planning. - **Career Stream Selection Seminars**: Confused about career? We guide students and parents on stream selection from start to finish. - **Expert Faculty Team**: Our teachers are IITians and doctors, so you learn from those who’ve cracked these exams. - **The 3S Formula**: Simple planning, strategic planning, student-centric approach - every student gets personal attention.
