Whether your team has never picked up a brush or they doodle on napkins, these sessions are designed to move everyone away from their desks and into a space where they can simply play. We handle the setup and cleanup entirely, so you only need to clear a room and invite your team to participate. I have conducted workshops at offices like Donear Industries, where we turned a standard meeting room into a space for creativity and peace. It is wonderful to see how a simple activity like sculpting a Shadu Mati (river clay) Ganesha can change the energy of an entire team. We trade the pressure of deadlines for the joy of making something with our own hands. ### How We Work Together My approach to corporate workshops is rooted in my belief that art is therapy. It is not about painting perfect lines; it is about the conversations that happen while we paint. * **Eco-Friendly Sculpting:** We use natural river clay to build idols or figures, which is a grounding, tactile experience perfect for festive team events. * **Canvas & Color:** For a more expressive session, we can do group canvas painting where each person explores their own colors, or we work on a collaborative piece. * **Fully Managed:** I personally bring all materials—canvas, acrylics, brushes, palettes, and even the newspapers for the tables. You do not need to worry about the logistics of art supplies. ### Why Book a Workshop? If you are looking for a way to help your team reduce stress, these sessions work. I have seen shy team members open up when they are busy sculpting, and I have seen competitive colleagues start laughing together over a spilled cup of water. It is about human connection. Whether you are planning a small team getaway or a large corporate event, my goal is to make sure that by the end of our time together, everyone feels a little lighter and more connected. ## About Shefali Raj I have been teaching art since 1988, and my students often tell me they haven't felt this relaxed in years. I believe art is not about perfect lines, but about finding a space to breathe and laugh with others. I would love to help your team find that same joy.
