I, Ansh, focus on the philosophy and safety that turns fear into flight. Shaan brings a high-energy approach that builds raw strength, while Arjun guides you through creative, fluid transitions. We each have a distinct style, but we all share the same goal: ensuring you feel safe and confident as you master the art. At Flying Monky, our team isn't just a group of instructors. We are artists who have spent over a decade perfecting our craft, and we know exactly what it feels like to start from zero. I used to be terrified of falling, and my team members have all faced their own hurdles, which is why we teach with empathy rather than rigid rules. Whether you are joining us for a 50-hour foundation course in Delhi or Indore, or the 11-day immersion in Rishikesh, you are working with experts who prioritize anatomy, alignment, and safe rigging. We structure our teaching to be comprehensive: I handle the foundations and aerial philosophy, Shaan helps you build power and stamina, and Arjun focuses on the artistry of your flow. We believe aerial arts, whether yoga, silk, or hoop, is about more than fitness. It is about building a community where you can express yourself without judgment.
