Our approach to teaching is built on one simple truth: you cannot fly if you are fighting your own mind. That is why our team at Flying Monky acts as your anchor while you are in the air. ### Meet Your Guides * **Ansh:** The founder who brings a decade of aerial yoga expertise, focusing on the mind-body connection and building confidence. * **Shaan Sir:** Known for high-energy sessions that push your limits and help you discover new vertical agility. * **Arjun Sir:** A master of creative flow, guiding students through endless variations of poses on silks and hoops. We operate studios across Delhi, Gurgaon, and Rishikesh, ensuring you have a space near you to practice. We teach all levels, from complete beginners who have never climbed a fabric to advanced practitioners looking to perfect their technique. Because we limit our batch sizes to 6-10 students, you get the individual attention required to learn safely and effectively. We do not just hand you a hammock and walk away. We guide you through grip strength, basic wraps, and inversions, all while maintaining a 1:1 student-to-hammock ratio during active flows. If you are nervous about your first time, remember that we have all been there.
