Our kids' aerial yoga classes are designed to be playful and fun, helping little ones build strength, coordination, and imagination as they learn to soar.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/db2f69a0-7296-4e5c-9472-9b81101c9662) ## About Kids Classes: Little Flying Monkeys We rig our hammocks much lower for the little ones, keeping them just inches off the floor to ensure they feel secure while flying. This setup allows them to explore inversions and swings with 1:1 instructor guidance nearby at all times, making the learning process safe, stress-free, and incredibly fun. ### Why Aerial Arts for Kids? In a world where screen time is constant, aerial fitness offers a necessary break. It is not just about hanging upside down; it is about developing motor skills, core strength, and spatial awareness in a playful environment. We focus on 'play-based' learning, where the kids are so busy climbing, spinning, and swinging that they do not even realize they are building functional strength and flexibility. ### Our Safety Standards Parents often worry about height, and we hear you. Our 'Little Flying Monkeys' sessions use specialized, child-sized hammocks rigged at low heights. We utilize high-density crash mats (4-6 inches thick) underneath every rigging point to provide a soft landing. Every class is supervised with a high instructor-to-student ratio, ensuring each child gets the attention they need to master a pose safely. ### What They Will Learn - **Motor Coordination:** Balancing and navigating the hammock improves proprioception and body control. - **Confidence:** Conquering the 'fear of falling' in a safe space translates to higher self-esteem outside the studio. - **Social Skills:** Our group classes encourage teamwork as kids cheer each other on while learning new wraps and tricks. Whether you are based in Vasant Kunj, Hauz Khas, or near Suncity in Gurugram, our studios provide a climate-controlled, welcoming space for your child to start their journey. We invite you to bring them along for a session and watch them discover what their bodies can do. ## About Flying Monky We are Flying Monky, and we believe kids need to move just as much as we do. We don't treat aerial arts like a strict workout; for us, it is play. We help your little ones climb, swing, and hang, teaching them to trust themselves while they burn off energy.
