Whether it is your first time or you are looking to advance your flow, our instructors provide active, hands-on spotting throughout every session. Finding the right time and place to practice is the first step toward building your aerial journey. We operate out of several partner studios, each with its own unique environment—from the climate-controlled spaces in Hauz Khas and Vasant Khas to our community-focused hub in Rishikesh. ### How Our Scheduling Works Because we prioritize personalized instruction and safety, our batch sizes are capped. We run dedicated sessions for different skill levels, ranging from beginner-friendly Aerial Yoga to advanced Silk and Hoop training. Most of our studios operate on bi-weekly or monthly cycles, which helps us track your progress and ensures you don't miss out on important conditioning. ### Where You Can Fly We are currently active at several locations. Check the captions on our gallery images to see which studio aligns with your neighborhood: * **South Delhi:** Anatomy Lifestyle Fitness (Hauz Khas) and Vasant Khas. * **North/West Delhi:** Studios in Shalimar Bagh and Pitampura. * **Gurgaon:** Our dedicated space in Suncity. * **Rishikesh:** Pancha Koshas in Tapovan. ### Booking Your Spot Class timings and availability change based on current enrollment. Since we use a rolling booking system, we recommend checking our recent updates or sending a direct message to confirm if a specific batch in your preferred location has open slots.
