We spend 12 to 15 sessions getting your family comfortable, not just teaching moves. We handle the music medleys and stage cues, so when the curtain rises, you aren't worrying about technicals—you're just living the moment. When you plan a Sangeet, the dance is the easy part. The real work is in the flow, the transitions, and ensuring the music matches the energy of the crowd. At SMDC, we focus on the production side so your Sangeet doesn't have those awkward gaps or dead air moments. We don't just teach you counts; we work on the 'story' of the performance. Whether it is a bride and groom entry with illuminated props, or a high-energy group flashmob for your Mehendi, we script it out. **What we bring to your stage:** * **Seamless Audio:** No amateur tracks. We edit your music medleys to match the beats of your actual routine. * **Technical Coordination:** We have onsite coordinators to manage the DJ cues and stage lighting, so you don't have to worry about the background. * **Flexible Rehearsals:** Based out of Jogeshwari West, we travel across Mumbai to your venue or home for practices. If you have out-of-town guests, we share recorded tutorials to keep everyone in sync. From a simple sibling duo to full-family medleys, we ensure every guest feels like a star on that stage. We also specialize in creative concepts like shadow dance acts that tell your love story using silhouettes and voiceovers, perfect for a stand-out couple performance. ## About Shamo Dance Company We are Team SMDC, and we believe your Sangeet shouldn't feel like a high-pressure exam. We love getting families and couples to loosen up, whether it’s a grand entry or a simple medley. It’s all about the joy of dancing together, and we're just here to make sure you look good doing it.
