Instead, we chat about the flavors you love—whether that is a nostalgic North Indian feast or a sophisticated continental plate—and I build the entire menu from scratch. Every dish is plated with the same attention to detail as the tablescape, ensuring the food tastes as intentional as the atmosphere looks. Your dinner at our Sushant Lok rooftop starts with a blank canvas. Since we do not believe in fixed, boring packages, the first step is always a conversation about the mood you want to set. Are we leaning into a moody, candlelit anniversary vibe or a bright, celebratory birthday dinner? Once the theme is set, I switch into food stylist mode. The tablescaping, from the runners and napkins to the floral centerpieces, is coordinated to match the menu. If you choose our 3-course plated dinner, you get full butler service, meaning you can actually focus on your guests instead of worrying about the logistics. We handle everything from the appetizers—think stuffed mushrooms or Malai Tikka—to the mains, be it butter chicken or pasta, and finally, the dessert. The rooftop setting in Gurugram acts as a private sanctuary. Whether you are hosting a small group of friends or a special date night, you get the entire space to yourself. This isn't just about feeding people; it is about creating a space where you can breathe easy and enjoy a multi-course meal that feels like it was curated just for you. Everything is served on ceramic dinnerware with polished cutlery, bringing a level of formality that feels comfortable, not stiff. ## About Shamiyana I am all about creating those 'breathe easy' moments. I do not just set a table; I craft an entire experience, from the way the floral runner hits the rose-gold cutlery to the final bite of your dessert. It is my mission to make sure your evening feels like a scene straight out of your favorite movie.
