From the visual appeal of our live dessert stations to the seamless management of large-scale events, these moments captured by our clients reflect the care we put into every plate. We believe you eat with your eyes first, and our setup is designed to match the quality of the food. For over five decades, we have focused on one thing: keeping the legacy of good food alive. Whether it is a grand wedding in Mumbai or an intimate family gathering, our goal is always the same—to provide an experience that guests will genuinely talk about. ### Why Our Guests Choose Us * **Consistency:** From our restaurant at Mohammed Ali Road to large event venues, the flavors remain true to our 1970 roots. * **Visual Impact:** Our presentation—black and gold setups, floral arrangements, and artistic plating—ensures your event looks as memorable as the cuisine. * **Diverse Menus:** We don't just stick to the classics. Our ability to blend traditional Mughlai feasts with modern live counters like the Pani Puri Globe or Chocolate Shawarma keeps the dining experience dynamic. We know that choosing a caterer is about trust. When you see our clients—from industry experts to long-time patrons—enjoying everything from Dabba Gosht to our fusion appetizers, it shows the range of events we handle. We bring the same dedication to your function that we have brought to our kitchens for generations. We are here to handle the chaos behind the scenes so you can focus on enjoying the celebration. ## About Shalimar We are Shalimar—the same team you have known in Bombay since 1970. We don't just cater food; we carry a legacy of tradition, soul, and a little bit of that city magic into your event. Whether it is a grand wedding or a small family dinner, we are here to make sure your guests leave with a smile and a full heart.
