We keep our signature black and gold table linens in-house to ensure every setup looks pristine, regardless of the venue's existing lighting or decor limitations. When you hire a caterer, you are choosing a partner who manages the flow and aesthetics of your guest experience. Our setup teams are trained to treat every buffet counter or dining table as a piece of art. For our Signature Packages, we deploy dedicated staff to maintain the 'fresh look' throughout your event, ensuring linens stay crisp, labels remain clear, and tableware stays polished even as the guest count climbs. We focus heavily on lighting, candlelit floral runners, and tiered heights for food display to guide your guests through a visual journey before they even take their first bite. From the mirrored accents and candelabras seen in our premium setups to the organized flow of our buffet lines, everything is calculated. We understand the specific space constraints of Mumbai venues—be it a cramped banquet hall or a sprawling outdoor garden—and we design our layouts to maximize guest movement while maintaining that upscale, luxurious feel. We don't just serve food; we design the atmosphere so your guests notice the effort in every corner. ## About Shalimar We are Shalimar Caterers, the same team Bombay has relied on for generations. For us, catering is an art form where the table setting is just as meaningful as the biryani on the plate.
