We set up tiered fruit displays and live Tawa counters specifically to prevent bottlenecks near the main buffet, ensuring your guests get hot Mutton Keema Samosas and fresh Haleem without the long wait. Hosting a large community Iftar requires precision. It is not just about the food; it is about the coordination. Since 1970, we have managed large-scale events across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, from Bhendi Bazaar to Vashi. We understand that guests breaking their fast expect the food to be hot, organized, and served with respect. Our team manages everything from the initial setup of melamine or ceramic crockery to the final cleanup. For community gatherings of 30 guests or more, we deploy uniformed waiters and supervisors trained to manage the rush. We focus on the classics that matter. You get our signature Hyderabadi Mutton Haleem, slow-cooked to the right consistency, paired with Saffron Sheermal. We also offer live stations like a Tawa counter for fresh Bheja Fry and Gurda Kaleji, which adds an interactive element that standard buffets lack. Presentation matters. We use high-quality chafing dishes with hammered copper finishes and fruit tiers to ensure the spread looks professional. Whether you are hosting at a ground, a banquet hall, or a private terrace, we bring the same Shalimar quality to your venue. ## About Shalimar We are the original Shalimar Caterers, bringing the taste of Bombay to your community gatherings. We do not just supply food; we manage the entire experience so you can focus on your guests.
