We use shock-absorbent wooden flooring and keep batches small so you have the room to learn Bollywood, hip-hop, or Zumba without feeling pressured to get every step perfect. We started Shake a Leg because we know that dance is a superpower. Whether you are looking for a high-energy workout or a creative outlet, our studio is designed to help you leave the world outside and just move. Our classes cover a wide spectrum of styles. If you want to burn calories while having fun, our Zumba and BollyZumba sessions are a favorite. For those who want to learn technique, we have structured classes in Hip-Hop, Bollywood, and even Salsa. We also run dedicated batches for kids and ladies-only groups, creating a safe and comfortable environment where everyone can let their hair down. The best part is that you do not need to be a pro to join us. Sab chalega. Whether you have two left feet or just need to break the routine, our instructors focus on making you feel at home. Our Sector 31 facility is equipped with full-length mirrors to help you track your progress, but we promise that the focus is on your happiness, not just your form.
