This isn't just for aesthetics; it provides the essential shock absorption needed for growing joints, ensuring your little ones stay safe while they jump, turn, and practice their choreography. ### Our Approach to Dance At Shake a Leg, we believe dance is a superpower. For kids, it is about letting loose, gaining confidence, and having a space where they can be themselves. We keep the vibe upbeat, positive, and full of masti (fun). Whether your child is a natural dancer or has two left feet, sab chalega—we are here to help them find their rhythm. ### What We Teach Our classes for children aged 4 and up cover a vibrant mix of styles: * **Bollywood & Hip-Hop:** High-energy routines to get them moving. * **Freestyle & Creative Movement:** Allowing kids to develop their own style and express their imagination. * **Performance Prep:** We help kids work on coordination and stage presence. We keep things fresh by incorporating popular songs and trending moves. At the end of every choreography block, we record a video of the routine so you can see their progress and celebrate their effort. ### Convenient for Parents We know your time is valuable. While your child is in their dance class, you can join a yoga session in the next studio. No more sitting in a waiting lounge or finding something to do while the kids are in class. You get a workout, and they get their groove on. ### Studio Details We operate out of Sector 31 and DLF Phase 4, Gurugram. Our studios are fully air-conditioned and equipped with wall-to-wall mirrors for self-correction. If you aren't sure if your child will enjoy it, come for a free trial class.
