It is designed specifically to protect your joints during high-energy moves like Bollywood or Hip-Hop, so you can push your limits without worrying about injury. We aren't here to drill technique until it's boring. We are here to help you move, sweat, and smile. Whether you are a total beginner who thinks they have two left feet or someone looking for a serious cardio workout, sab chalega (anything goes) at our studio. Our classes in Gurugram are built for comfort. The studio is fully air-conditioned and features wall-to-wall mirrors for self-correction, so you can focus on the music, not the heat. We rotate through styles including Bollywood, Hip-Hop, Freestyle, Salsa, Belly Dance, and Bhangra. If you are a parent, you don't have to wait around awkwardly while your kids are in their batch; we have concurrent Yoga sessions so you can get a workout in right next door. We also believe in tangible progress. For our core dance batches, we record routine performance clips at the end of choreography blocks. It is a great way to see how far you have come and share your growth with friends and family. From kids to adults, our goal is to help you express your true self through movement. We created this space in Gurugram because we believe dance is for everyone, not just the pros.
