We mix high-energy dance and yoga with calm, creative art sessions to help kids burn energy and then focus. We keep groups small in our Padmanabhanagar studio, so every child actually learns a new step or finishes a project rather than just blending into the crowd. Our summer camp follows a simple, honest routine. We operate on the belief that children learn best when they are moving and creating, not just listening. Between 9:30 AM and 1:00 PM, we balance physical activities like dance, yoga, and games with quieter tasks like sketching, shading, and craft projects. ### The Daily Flow We break the day into distinct blocks to keep kids engaged. Mornings start with movement—dance and yoga—to get them active. After a short break, we shift to art and acting. We keep our setup informal with floor seating on mats and newspapers, so kids can be bold, get messy, and experiment without worrying about damaging a desk or needing fancy equipment. ### Why it Works * **Structured yet free:** We have a schedule, but it is flexible enough for a child to find their own rhythm. * **Community over performance:** Just like our regular batches, we focus on the joy of participation.
