We use stencils for structure, but in my classes, you will learn the manual shading techniques that actually bring a design to life. It’s hard work, and I will push you to get your finishing right because that is what separates a beginner from a pro. ### My Teaching Philosophy I truly believe that everyone needs a mentor. When I see my students—many of whom travel from Vashi, Roha, or CST—create beautiful designs, it feels like my life's purpose is fulfilled. I don’t just teach mehendi; I teach you how to build your own identity. As we say, 'Rajya chhota ka asena, pan swatahcha asava' (Even if the kingdom is small, it should be your own). ### What You Will Learn My 60-day course is comprehensive, taking you from the absolute basics to advanced portrait work. We cover: * **Foundations:** Holding the cone, drawing consistent lines, and creating flow. * **Design Elements:** Traditional Indian motifs, Arabic styles, florals, and geometric patterns. * **Advanced Techniques:** Figurative work, bridal storytelling, and intricate portrait shading. ### The 'Tough Love' Approach Don't expect an easy ride. I take my classes seriously. If your shading isn't sharp or your figures look off, I will tell you. We practice extensively on paper and practice sheets—drawing Lord Ganesha, bridal couples, and doli scenes—until you can replicate them on skin with confidence.
