Anurag and I work using high-grade graphite on 180+ GSM paper, ensuring the shading and contrast pop exactly like your reference photo. For our blood paintings, we don't mess around—we follow strict safety protocols using single-use lancets, so you get a deeply personal piece that is as safe as it is unique. ### Why Our Art Hits Different We don't believe in just copying a photo. Whether it's a birthday surprise, an anniversary gift, or a deeply personal blood painting, our goal is to bring out the emotion behind the image. **What You Can Expect:** * **Hyper-Realistic Portraits:** Using professional-grade graphite (HB to 8B), we capture details in jewelry, hair, and expressions. Each A4 or A3 sketch is sprayed with a clear fixative to prevent smudging and comes framed and ready to hang. * **Blood Painting:** This is for those who want a connection that goes beyond ink. Using a drop of your own blood on 300 GSM watercolor paper, we create a monochromatic, sepia-toned piece that is literally a part of you. We handle the collection process with complete sterility and care. * **The Process:** We start with a quick consultation to pick the best reference photo. We’ll chat about what the person in the photo means to you, and that’s what we try to capture in the strokes. **Turnaround & Delivery:** Most custom pencil portraits take 2 to 3 days to complete. If you’re in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, we ensure your framed artwork is packed securely so it reaches you without a scratch. **A Note on Our Team:** I lead the studio, but my artist Anurag has the real magic in his hands. He’s the one behind the intricate detailing you see in these portraits. We are always experimenting with new styles, so if you have a wild idea, just bring it to the studio and let’s see what we can create. ## About Shades of Inks I'm Mukesh, the guy behind Shades of Inks.
