We manage the 'Pankthi' style service to ensure every course, from the initial salt and pickle to the final curd rice, is served in the correct sequence. It takes coordinated teamwork to keep hot sambar and fresh poriyal moving efficiently, so your guests never have to wait for a refill, ensuring the food stays warm and fresh throughout the event. Authentic cooking relies on sourcing and technique. We stick to our roots—fresh vegetables, no shortcut masalas, and high-quality ghee. Our banana leaf spreads are crafted to respect the classic hierarchy of a South Indian meal. ### Choosing Your Menu Format For intimate housewarmings or poojas, our 14-item traditional feast is the standard. It covers the essentials like Kosambari, Arachuvitta Sambar, and a classic sweet like Kesari Bath. For larger weddings or Muhurthams, we scale up to a 22-item menu. This adds variety like Kootu or Avial and double sweets—perhaps a Mysore Pak alongside a warm Payasam. ### Service Styles If your venue allows, we highly recommend the sit-down service. There is a specific discipline to how items are placed on the leaf, and our experienced servers are trained to prompt guests for seconds without being intrusive. If you are hosting a reception or a modern corporate event where people prefer moving around, we adapt the same recipes into a buffet format. While the service style changes, the kitchen team remains the same, ensuring that the sambar and rasam do not lose that homely depth when moved to chafing dishes. ### Practical Details We operate out of Malleshwaram but cater across Bangalore. When booking, discuss your hall layout with us to confirm it supports traditional sit-down dining.
