We prioritize professional certifications like the AIFF ‘C’ and AFC ‘B’ Licence, ensuring every trainer on our field understands modern football methodology. When you join, you aren't just signing up for sessions; you are placing your player in the hands of mentors who treat their development as a personal mission. Football in Mumbai is competitive, and we believe the quality of guidance determines how far a player can go. Our coaches are not just figures on the sidelines; they are active participants in the game’s evolution. We host regular internal workshops to share strategies, ensuring every coach is aligned with our 'pride' philosophy. Our leadership, including founder Shonak Gurpade and Head of Youth Development Siddhesh Srivastav, actively pursues advanced qualifications like the AFC ‘B’ Licence to stay updated with international standards. This commitment ensures that whether you are training in Powai, Goregaon, or Borivali, the level of instruction remains consistent. ### What you can expect from our team: * **Certified Guidance:** Every Lead Coach holds AIFF or AFC certifications. * **Mentorship:** We focus on character building, discipline, and emotional growth alongside technical skills. * **Standardized Curriculum:** From grassroots to elite U19 levels, our training framework is uniform across all centers. We don't just teach kids to play; we teach them to think, react, and grow as athletes. If you are looking for an academy where the coaches care about your journey as much as you do, you have found the right place. ## About SG5 Football Academy We are SG5, and for us, coaching is about heart, grit, and building champions.
