We focus on building technical confidence through consistent 1-on-1 and small-sided games, ensuring every player understands their role on the pitch. Whether you are stepping onto the turf for the first time or preparing for a high-stakes MFA league match, our sessions are designed to push your limits while keeping the team spirit at the core of every practice. ### Pathways for Every Level We believe football is for everyone, regardless of where they are on their journey. Our girls' football program is structured to support players at every stage: * **Grassroots (Ages 4-11):** We prioritize fun, coordination, and the fundamentals of ball mastery. It is about falling in love with the game. * **Elite Development (U13+):** For girls ready to take it further, our elite batches include tactical training, positional coaching, and high-intensity conditioning. ### The Lioness Mindset Joining our academy means joining a pride. We treat every loss as a learning moment and every win as a testament to hard work. Our girls’ teams, including our competitive squads like the SG5 Lionesses, are regular participants in the MFA YPL Junior Girls League and local futsal championships. We ensure our players get the exposure they need to test their skills against real-world competition. ### More Than Just Training We know that performance goes beyond the ball. Players have access to: * **Nutrition Guidance:** Understanding how to fuel for the game. * **Injury Management:** Access to physiotherapists who know football. * **Tactical Education:** Learning formations and game-reading skills that are often missed in basic coaching. We operate across key locations in Mumbai, including Powai, Goregaon, and Borivali, utilizing premium artificial turfs to ensure the quality of training never drops. If you are looking for a place where your daughter can develop skill, grit, and lifelong friendships, the gates are open. ## About SG5 Football Academy We started SG5 because we saw the hunger for football in Mumbai’s kids, and it’s been a crazy ride since. We’re a family that pushes hard on the pitch and sticks together off it, treating every practice and match as a chance to grow.
