Whether your child is 4 and learning ball coordination or 16 and chasing professional MFA league selections, our coaching approach adapts to the specific physical and tactical needs of their age group. Football at SG5 is about more than just the 90 minutes on the pitch. Our work captures the full spectrum of our academy: the foundational motor skills for our toddlers, the technical rigour of our elite squads, and the post-match recovery protocols that keep our players match-fit. ### Pathways from Grassroots to Elite We operate across Mumbai—from Powai and Goregaon to Borivali and Mira Road—with a structured approach. Our grassroots program focuses on building confidence and motor skills for ages 4–11, while our Elite Performance Program is where U13+ players get high-intensity conditioning, tactical formation training, and access to our physio and nutritionist support. ### A Holistic Football Environment We believe in the 'whole player.' You’ll see that reflected in our work—from the ice baths used for muscle recovery to the individual attention provided by our AIFF-licensed coaches. We hold our players to a standard of discipline, pushing them to excel in local leagues like the MFA Super Division. ### Join the Pride Whether you are a girl looking for dedicated development batches or a goalkeeper wanting specialized training, we have a clear pathway. We celebrate the wins and learn from the losses, fostering a culture where every player, parent, and coach has skin in the game. Check out our upcoming batch slots and come train with us. ## About SG5 Football Academy We’re SG5, a football family spread across Mumbai from Powai to Borivali.
