### Official Selection Trial

Single 60-90 minute assessment on artificial turf with AFC licensed coaches to grade skills for squad admission.

Typically ₹0-250 Per Player / Trial (estimate)

#### Assessment Session
* **Duration:** 60 to 90 minutes of on-field evaluation.
* **Staff:** 2 to 3 AFC Licensed coaches (B or C License) or senior scouts.
* **Format:** Technical drills (dribbling, shooting) followed by 5v5 or 7v7 scrimmage matches.
* **Venue:** Artificial turf facility in Mumbai suburbs (e.g., Borivali, Kandivali).

#### Essentials
* **Provided:** Size 5 footballs, marking cones, and bibs.
* **Requirements:** Players must bring own water, football boots, and shinguards.
* **Result:** Selection status communicated within 3 to 5 days.

### Competitive Squad Training

Monthly subscription for 3 weekly sessions with AIFF certified coaches, including MFA league registration eligibility.

Typically ₹3,500-5,500 Per Month (estimate)

#### Weekly Routine
* **Schedule:** 3 evening sessions per week.
* **Duration:** 60 to 90 minutes per session.
* **Coaching:** Led by AIFF/AFC Certified Coaches (B & C License).
* **Focus:** Tactical positioning, agility conditioning, and match simulations.
* **Facility:** Shared artificial turf slots in Mumbai suburbs.

#### Competitive Exposure
* **Leagues:** Admin support for MFA/WIFA player card registration.
* **Matches:** Eligibility for MFA Leagues, YPL, or private tournaments.
* **Match Day:** Includes coach oversight and tactical briefings during games.

#### Additional Mandatories
* **Kit Cost:** Separate purchase required for season jersey set (approx INR 2,500 to 4,000).

### Why We Do This

Football at SG5 isn’t just drills and matches. It’s about chasing that dream of playing for a real team, stepping out on the pitch, and making your mark. If you want to go beyond just Sunday kicks and actually compete, this is where you start.

### Trials: Your Shot to Make the Squad

- We run open trials for Under-9 to Under-19, plus girls-only batches and an open women’s category
- Locations keep changing - mostly at turf grounds in Borivali, Kandivali, Goregaon, Mira Road
- Sometimes there’s a small fee for bigger league trials (like WIFA State League), but not always
- Trials are announced on Instagram - you gotta fill out the form or else you’ll miss your spot

### What Happens Once You’re In

- You’ll play for us in all sorts of tournaments: MFA leagues (Third to Elite Division), WIFA State League, Yuva President’s League, and even outstation leagues like Goa
- Girls’ football is a big deal here - we’ve got teams in the YPL Junior Girls League and more
- Our players have made it to the Maharashtra Sub Junior Girls Team and even FIFA–AIFF Talent Academy trials

### Training & Life With Us

- Training’s tough but worth it, usually evenings at our centers in Powai, Andheri, Goregaon, Malad, Borivali, and Mira Road
- Our coaches have B & C licenses and plenty of experience with youth football team tryouts Mumbai style
- We’ve won Bombay Super Championships in U15, U17, U19 and hit the semis in futsal and league tournaments

### My story

We’re SG5 Football Academy, not just a team - more like a crazy football family spread from Powai to Borivali. Started out just wanting to give Mumbai’s kids a shot, you know? Dreams mean nothing if you don’t grind for them. Our coaches, physio, even parents get in on the action - everyone’s got skin in the game. Wins, losses, tears, celebrations, all of it, we do together. That’s just how SG5 rolls.

### My work

- **Football Coaching & Trials**: We train kids from scratch to elite, run MFA league trials Mumbai, and have special girls football training Mumbai.
- **Competitive Play**: Our teams battle it out in MFA First and Super Division, plus youth leagues. Matchdays are our jam.
- **Youth Development**: We build players up—skills, confidence, discipline. It’s about hard work, not shortcuts.
- **Community & Tournaments**: We host football tournaments for kids, like the SGI SUPER CUP. Maidan taiyar hai, always!
- **All-Round Support**: Players get real support: football physiotherapy support, nutrition advice, and a team that’s got their back.
