If you want something sharper, try our Jelisco Dragon—tequila, lime, and dragon fruit seeds—balanced specifically to cut through the richness of our slow-braised lamb or a fresh seafood paella. In Spain, we don't treat drinks as an afterthought. My team focuses on fresh ingredients—real lime, dragon fruit, and flower petals—rather than artificial mixers.
