They offer a secluded, candlelit sanctuary away from the main dining floor. Just remember, these are in high demand on weekends, so booking a few days in advance is always the best way to secure your preferred level of privacy. Designing the perfect date night in Delhi requires the right balance of intimacy and atmosphere. At Sevilla, we have structured our layout to offer both. Our alfresco area is built on multiple levels, allowing every table—especially our private, white-curtained cabanas—to feel like a secluded island under the trees. When the sun goes down, the real magic happens. We swap harsh lights for soft candle glow and gentle garden illumination. It is not just about the look; it is about the acoustic comfort, ensuring that even on busy evenings, your conversation remains private. For those who prefer the indoors, our dining hall reflects a Mediterranean aesthetic—think light tones and airy, refined decor that feels like a quiet villa escape. We often host guests who are celebrating anniversaries or proposals. Because our outdoor seating is weather-dependent, we keep the heaters ready during winter months so you can enjoy the terrace year-round. Whether you are coming for a quiet Tuesday dinner or a grand weekend celebration, the goal is always the same: to make you feel like you have stepped out of the city and into a calm corner of Spain. ## About Sevilla I am Chef Alex. I brought the flavours of my grandmother’s kitchen to Delhi, but I knew the food needed a home that felt just as warm. I designed this space to be the kind of place where you lose track of time, surrounded by the smell of jasmine and the comfort of a home-cooked meal.
