We combine the heat of a fresh chili in our Picante cocktail with the sharp zest of citrus peel to wake up your palate. Our team builds every drink to complement the Spanish tapas and paella we serve, ensuring that the first sip sets the right tone for your entire meal. Our bar serves as the heart of the Sevilla experience. We focus on authentic Spanish ingredients, bringing the taste of Spain to the heart of the Claridges courtyard. Whether you prefer a bold, dry red wine or our signature red sangria, every drink we pour has a story. Our signature Picante cocktail uses fresh spice to provide a fiery kick, while our classic whiskey sour and clover club options offer familiar comfort for those seeking a traditional favorite. We also take pride in our wine selection, featuring vibrant reds that pair perfectly with our slow-braised lamb and seafood paella. The bar area is designed for conversation, with warm lighting and comfortable seating that encourages you to stay a little longer. We believe a drink should be more than just a refreshment. It should be an invitation to slow down and enjoy the evening. If you are joining us for a date night or a quiet dinner, our bartenders are always happy to recommend a drink that matches your taste and the rhythm of your evening. ## About Sevilla I pour 40 years of Spanish tradition into every glass we serve at Sevilla. My bar is where the rhythm of the evening begins, with recipes that take me back to my home. I invite you to share a glass and toast to the night.
