At Sevilla, we finish your experience with traditional treats that celebrate the simple, honest joy of a sweet ending. ## Photos and videos - ![Our traditional Tiramisu, a classic Italian dessert with a Spanish heart. It's the perfect way to say 'I love you' or to simply treat yourself.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/82cc0777-cd63-46d0-b363-d87784b80e77) ## About Sweet Endings: Our Desserts When you order our traditional Tiramisu, you are not just getting a sweet dish. It is a precise balance of bold espresso and rich mascarpone cheese that cleanses the palate after a heavy meal. I personally ensure the coffee is strong enough to stand up to the cream, because for me, a dessert should never overpower the meal that came before it. In my kitchen at The Claridges, we follow the philosophy of 'menos es más' (less is more). When I left Spain for Delhi, I brought my grandmother's recipes with me, and our desserts are no exception. We avoid heavy sugars, focusing instead on the quality of ingredients like fresh mascarpone and premium cocoa. Whether you are enjoying a romantic evening in our private cabanas or a casual dinner in our open-air courtyard, a light, balanced dessert is essential. Many guests ask if they need to pre-order, and while our classic Tiramisu is always available, we do appreciate a heads-up if you are planning a surprise birthday or anniversary. It allows us to prepare a custom message or add those small touches that make the night special. Our menu changes slightly with the seasons, but you will always find that Spanish heart in our sweets. If you have specific dietary preferences or are planning a proposal, let us know when you book. We want your final bite at Sevilla to be as special as the first. ## About Sevilla I believe every meal deserves a beautiful ending. At Sevilla, we keep our desserts simple, just like my abuela taught me, focusing on the right balance of coffee, cream, and sweetness to make you smile.
