Our alfresco garden tables are set in the courtyard gravel for a relaxed, casual meal. If you need true solitude, our curtained private cabanas on raised wooden decks provide a secluded buffer from other guests. For special proposals, we reserve the master cabana with dedicated butler service, heavy rose petal decor, and tailored menus. When you dine at Sevilla, you are stepping into a space designed to mimic the pace of a Spanish evening. We maintain the open-air garden structure throughout the year, adding patio heaters during the Delhi winter so the courtyard remains comfortable. The atmosphere changes naturally as the sun sets, shifting from a bright, breezy lunch setting to a soft, candle-lit environment. We take privacy seriously. Our cabanas are not just tables with a view; they are raised wooden structures with white curtains that you can pull shut. This architectural choice separates your table from the main garden area, allowing for private conversation. Whether you choose a standard outdoor table or a private cabana, we use candles to keep the focus on your company. For celebrations, we handle the logistics so you do not have to. We provide rose petal arrangements, tasting menus, and dedicated butler support for our private cabana bookings. If you are planning a milestone like an anniversary or a proposal, we handle the details beforehand, from the arrival of the cake to the specific lighting cues. We recommend booking at least a few days in advance, particularly for weekend evenings or if you have a specific cabana preference. ## About Sevilla I am Chef Alex. I grew up in Spain, learning the art of the kitchen from my grandmother. My goal at Sevilla is to share the warmth of those childhood memories with you, through authentic paella, tapas, and the quiet magic of our garden space.
