It is perfect for those evenings when you want the quiet intimacy of a private conversation, shielded from the humidity or the nip in the Delhi air, without compromising on the authentic Spanish atmosphere we are known for. When we designed this space, we wanted it to feel like an extension of our heritage: elegant, composed, and welcoming. The detailed wallpaper and the warm glow of our chandeliers create a backdrop that feels classic and refined, fitting for a business dinner, an anniversary, or just a quiet evening when you need a break from the city's chaos. Because this area is entirely weather-independent, it remains a consistent favorite for our regulars throughout the year. You will find the same attention to detail here as you would in our outdoor spaces, with full access to our signature menu—from our royal seafood paella to our slow-braised lamb shanks. Whether you are ordering a bottle of wine from our selection or exploring our tapas menu, the indoor environment ensures that every aroma and flavor stays concentrated and rich. It is a space where the food and the company take center stage, supported by the quiet, polished service that the team at The Claridges prides itself on. If you are planning a special celebration and prefer a classic dining room setting, our indoor area offers the same personalized hospitality that defines every moment at Sevilla. ## About Sevilla I am Chef Alex, and at Sevilla, we believe that the setting should never distract from the food. Whether you are dining under our chandeliers or our garden trees, my goal is always to bring the soul of my Spanish homeland directly to your plate in New Delhi.
