## About Romantic Dining & Special Occasions

### Spanish Romance Under the Stars

I brought a piece of my abuela’s (grandma’s) kitchen from Spain, right here to Delhi. At Sevilla, we put real cariño (love) into everything - food, ambiance, and those little touches that make your evening special.

### What Makes Sevilla Special

- Private cabana dining for true privacy and comfort
- Candlelit dinner experience, with lanterns and gentle lighting everywhere
- Live Flamenco music night sometimes fills the air, adding real Spanish soul
- Authentic Spanish and Mediterranean menu - tapas for sharing, royal seafood paella, handmade pastas, fresh grills, and our signature cordero (lamb chop)
- Wines and classic red wine sangria for that sunny Spanish feeling

### Celebrating Life’s Moments

We love seeing you celebrate. Whether it’s a special anniversary celebration, a birthday, or a romantic proposal setting, we’re here for all those big and small moments. If you want rose petals, a bouquet, a cake, or some bubbly, just tell us. We’ll try our best to make it feel magical.

### Real Talk

- Advance booking is a good idea, especially for cabanas
- Dinner every night from 7 PM; lunch on weekends
- We keep things safe and clean, so you can relax and enjoy

If you want an evening that feels like Spain, full of warmth and a little bit of magic, Sevilla is for you.

## Meet your expert

[Sevilla](https://mytribe.in/sevilla_claridges)

### My story

Hola, Sevilla here. Chef Alex at the helm, cooking up my Spain for you in New Delhi. My abuela’s kitchen was my school, with roasted peppers and saffron in the air, and cariño (love) in every dish. Forty years and I still chase those smells. I cook from the heart, so when you eat here, you get a piece of my home. Come, let’s eat, laugh, and say olé!

### My work

- **Spanish & Mediterranean Fine-Dining**: We serve authentic Spanish paella, tapas, handmade pasta, pizza, and a curated wine cocktails bar.
- **A Taste of Spain in Delhi**: Every dish is my connection to Spain - I use only the best ingredients for true flavours.
- **Enchanting Ambience**: Soft candlelight, outdoor seating, private cabana dining - perfect for a cozy or romantic evening.
- **Special Celebrations**: We offer packages with decorations, bouquets, prosecco - for birthdays, anniversaries, or date nights.
