In this collection, you will see how we prepare our signature seafood paella, a dish that relies entirely on the quality of the saffron and fresh catch to tell the story of my home in Spain. When you dine with us at Sevilla, the setting is just as important as the food. We want you to feel the Mediterranean breeze and the warmth of a Spanish courtyard right here in Delhi. My team and I offer three distinct ways to experience our hospitality: * **The Cabanas:** If you are planning an anniversary or a quiet proposal, our private, curtained cabanas provide the seclusion and atmosphere you need. We use rose petals and candlelight to set the scene, so you can focus entirely on the person across from you. * **Indoor Dining:** Our glass-enclosed rooms are perfect for business dinners or family gatherings. We keep the table setting formal and elegant, ensuring you have the space for private conversations without any distraction. * **The Terrace:** This is for the evenings when you want to relax under the trees. It is where I like to serve our shared platters of tapas and wood-fired pizzas, accompanied by our signature sangria. Everything is prepared to order. I do not believe in fixed, mass-produced menus. Instead, I work with you to create a culinary journey, whether that involves a curated tasting menu for a corporate event or a casual evening of tapas and Spanish wine for friends. My goal is simple: to make sure that when you leave, you feel like you have spent a few hours in my country. ## About Sevilla I am Chef Alex, and for me, cooking is about bringing my home in Spain to your table. Whether it is the quiet of a private cabana or the energy of our main dining room, my goal is to create moments that stay with you long after the last bite.
