Whether you book a private open-air cabana for a milestone birthday or our indoor dining suite for a corporate presentation, my team and I handle every detail from the candlelit atmosphere to the music selection, so you can focus entirely on the people at your table. I believe a truly successful event is about connection. When you host with me at Sevilla, you are not just booking a venue; you are bringing the authentic spirit of Spain to your guests in New Delhi. ### Your Event, My Kitchen I do not believe in one-size-fits-all menus. I prefer to sit down with you and understand the vibe you want—be it a quiet, romantic anniversary in our private outdoor cabanas with rose petals and candlelight, or a lively birthday party with tapas and sangria shared among friends. ### Versatile Spaces * **The Private Cabanas:** These open-air structures are perfect for smaller groups seeking privacy under the stars. They are climate-controlled with mist fans or heaters, ensuring comfort throughout the year. * **The Indoor Dining Suite:** If your corporate event or family reunion requires a more formal setting, this glass-enclosed, air-conditioned room provides a sophisticated, quiet environment for conversation. * **The Terrace:** Ideal for larger gatherings where you want a festive atmosphere. We can coordinate live music or flamenco guitarists to set the mood. ### Authentic Flavours My cooking is rooted in the ingredients I grew up with—saffron, roasted peppers, fresh seafood, and high-quality olive oil. For your event, we can design a Spanish family-style feast or a formal tasting menu, paired with our selection of Spanish wines and signature cocktails. We have successfully hosted everything from intimate proposals to high-profile diplomatic gala dinners. My goal is to keep things simple, warm, and personal, allowing you to relax and enjoy the celebration. ## About Sevilla I am Chef Alex. My cooking is my story, a deep connection to the Spain I grew up in. I handle every event personally, bringing the same care to your celebration that my grandmother brought to her kitchen.
