If the venue floor doesn't match your vibe, we use custom flex prints or carpets to cover it entirely. It keeps the photos consistent and makes the entire stage area look like one solid piece. When planning a reception stage in Bangalore, the structure needs to be as reliable as it is pretty. We start by looking at your venue, whether it is a hotel ballroom or a local community hall. For grand reception backdrops, we use heavy-duty metal truss systems to support dense floral walls or large geometric frames. These frames prevent the decor from sagging and ensure that your fresh flowers, like roses and chrysanthemums, stay hydrated and vibrant until the last guest leaves. Lighting is the other half of the equation. A beautiful flower wall can look flat without the right wash. We incorporate LED Par cans to highlight the floral colors and add hanging Edison bulbs or small chandeliers to give the stage depth. We also handle the specifics like custom monograms or neon signage if that fits your theme. We work across Bangalore, from Whitefield to Jayanagar, so we know how to handle different stage dimensions. Whether you need a compact 15-foot setup or a 30-foot expansive wall, we manage the trussing, draping, and floral arrangement. We focus on these technical details so you have one less thing to worry about on your wedding day. ## About Zunaira Events We’re Zunaira Events.
