Typically ₹18-22K per setup (estimate) #### Floral Gateway Arch * 7 to 8 ft square floral gateway frame, dense flowers running up both sides and across the full top span. * Mix of roses and chrysanthemums in white and pink with purple and peach blooms, palm fronds and broad leaf greens worked in. * Roughly half fresh flowers and half artificial. Festival setups can include floral gateways, hedge backdrops, drapes, chandeliers and skirted idol stages. Our anniversary stage decoration uses flowers, sofas and light-up numbers. We also do surprise rooms with balloons and neon signs. Corporate stage decor covers formal functions, store openings, annual parties and Bollywood themes. We mix fresh and artificial flowers. Agreed lights, props and transport are included in the quote. ### Agreeing the setup Before setup, we show you a reference image of past work or inspiration and agree on the look. If a planned flower is unavailable that day, we tell you before substituting. We can source or custom-build props and cutouts we don't stock. Each job's quote depends on the prop and customisation. ### Timing and weather Early-morning and late-night setups for auspicious timings have no surcharge. We take outdoor bookings and can make decor rainproof. Unpredictable weather still carries risk. If you need to reschedule, including for weather or an emergency, your advance carries over if we're free on the new date. If we're unavailable, it counts as a cancellation and the package's cancellation terms apply.
