My healthy whole wheat jaggery cakes are a labor of love, requiring precise temperature control to get that perfect texture without refined flour. It’s my way of proving that you don't need compromises to enjoy a treat that feels just as indulgent as a classic cake. My journey with baking started on a computer screen playing games, and today, it’s my full-time pursuit. The artistic side of my work involves hand-sculpting toppers and intricate stenciling. I even took my skills to the national stage at Cakeology in Mumbai, where I won a medal for my fondant work. That experience taught me how to push the boundaries of what eggless buttercream and fondant can do. If you’re looking for something wholesome, my whole wheat jaggery series is a favorite.
