Think of these sessions as a safe space to pause, breathe, and look inward. **Vision Board Manifestation Parties** These are not just about cutting pictures from magazines. We start with a grounded meditation to clear the mental clutter, then use Tarot and Feng Shui symbolism to map out what you want to call into your life. It is social, it is fun, and yes, there is good food involved. We host these in aesthetic cafes across Delhi NCR, making it a perfect weekend ritual for friends or solo seekers. **Mindful Art Therapy** Sometimes, your mind is too busy for words. That’s where art comes in. We use acrylics on wooden slices or canvas to express what you cannot say out loud. My goal is to help you enjoy the process of creating rather than worrying about the final output.
