In my workshops, I guide you through the dotting process, showing you how to place each point on a mirror or clock base. It is a slow, rhythmic activity that turns a blank surface into a symmetrical piece of decor while helping you de-stress. Mandala dotting is more than just making a pattern; it is a way to hit the pause button. Whether we are meeting at a cafe or your home, I bring all the necessary tools—specialized dotting pens, high-quality acrylic paints, and your chosen base—to your location. We start by mapping out the design. I show you how to use symmetry to balance your dots, ensuring your final piece looks clean even if this is your first time holding a tool. You can choose to create a decorative mirror for your wall, a functional wall clock, or a plate that serves as a beautiful accent piece. The technique relies on consistency. By focusing on the size of the dot and the pressure of your tool, you naturally settle into a flow state. Many participants find that the two hours fly by as they get absorbed in the rhythm of placing dots. Because I handle the setup and cleanup, you are free to stay in that headspace until the very end.
