Our on-court technical training is designed to build a solid foundation so you can play smarter, not just harder. ### Why Technique Matters Bad habits like an incorrect grip or a lazy follow-through become muscle memory fast. We intervene early. Our sessions focus on: * **Swing Mechanics:** We break down the shake-hand grip and full-swing motion to ensure your shots have control and accuracy. * **T-Position & Movement:** You cannot play effective squash if you are always chasing the ball. We teach you how to return to the T, read the opponent, and move with purpose. * **Video Analysis:** We use slow-motion review to help you see what you feel.
