### Weekend U12 & U14 Foundation Batch

Sat-Sun sessions for school students focusing on stance, grip, run-up basics, and bodyweight fitness drills.

Mandatory enrollment charge including 2 sets of SCA branded dry-fit jerseys, trousers, and a cap.

### Weekday Intensive Coaching Batch

4 days/week training with 2-hour sessions covering red soil net practice, bowling machine drills, and functional strength conditioning.

Typically ₹4,500-6,000 per month (billed quarterly) (estimate)

#### **Core Coaching & Skill Development**
*   **Schedule:** 4 days per week (Tuesday to Friday).
*   **Duration:** 2 hours per session (Morning 7:00 AM or Afternoon 3:30 PM).
*   **Batting Drills:** Net practice on red soil wickets for pace and spin adaptation, plus bowling machine usage for reflex training.
*   **Bowling Mastery:** Technical correction for run-up, action, and release with focus on swing and drift.
*   **Fielding Dynamics:** Ground fielding drills including sliding and diving, plus reaction catching practice.

#### **Physical & Mental Conditioning**
*   **Fitness Studio Access:** Strength & Conditioning sessions using Olympic barbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands.
*   **Agility Training:** Reaction light drills and ladder drills for footwork speed.
*   **Mental Toughness:** Match simulation drills and pressure handling sessions.

#### **Performance Analysis & Exposure**

### Dil Se Cricket - Our Approach

At Sanjeevani Cricket Academy, I believe cricket is not just a sport. For us, it's all about playing with your heart - *dil se karo, sab ho jayega* (do it from the heart, everything else will fall in place). Since 2008, my focus has always been on strong basics, discipline, and honest hard work. We try to raise good humans, not just cricketers.

- Full game development, not just bat and ball  
- Batting - perfect your cover drive, learn to finish under pressure  
- Bowling - pace, spin, rhythm, and control  
- Fielding & wicket-keeping - we run *kadak* (intense) drills because every run matters  
- Cricket fitness training in our own gym - resistance bands, hurdles, reaction lights, all that modern stuff  
- Mental strength - we do match simulation drills like ‘21 off 7 balls’ so you learn to handle real game stress  
- Video analysis for cricket technique and bowling machines for next-level hitting

### Who Can Join & When

- Boys and girls, 7 years and up  
- Regular batches from October-May  
- Morning and afternoon slots, Tuesday to Friday  
- Weekend coaching specially for juniors (U-12, U-14)

### Our Track Record

More than 150 of our players have made it to Mumbai squads, Ranji Trophy, and even India teams. Some have captained championships, made it to NCA, and been Ranji net bowlers as teenagers. I’m proud but also honest - not everyone makes it big, but you will get solid cricket and life lessons.

### Our Facilities

Everything happens at our home ground in Bandra East - full-sized field, indoor and outdoor nets, plus our own Sanjeevani Fitness Studio.

### My story

Hey, Satish Samant here, founder and head coach. Started Sanjeevani Cricket Academy in 2008, just chasing a dream – finding cricket talent in Mumbai’s suburbs. We’ve seen our boys go all the way, from U-14 to Ranji Trophy, even Team India. Hum yahan sirf cricket nahi, character bhi banate hain (we build character, not just cricket). Discipline, respect, and heart – that’s our mantra. Cricket’s not just a game, it’s our life.

- **Cricket Coaching for Kids (7+)**: We train kids in leather ball cricket, net practice, and ground drills – all the basics, plus advanced stuff.
- **Cricket Fitness Studio**: Our in-house fitness studio builds stamina, strength, and agility with 'Gym to Ground' programs.
- **Mental Preparation & Discipline**: Hum bachhe ko mentally prepare karte hain – we focus on discipline, hard work, and respect.
- **Modern & Traditional Training**: We use bowling machines, reaction light drills, and mix old-school cricket with new tech.
