My job isn't to turn them into fighters overnight but to build their foundation first—footwork, posture, and respect for the sport. You’ll see them start with shadow boxing and heavy bag drills before they ever step into the ring for sparring, ensuring they learn the basics safely and properly. At my academy, we do not just teach kids how to punch; we teach them how to carry themselves. Parents often worry about safety, but my training starts with building a solid physical and mental base. We focus on agility drills, jump rope, and bodyweight movements that improve coordination and strength. Located right at the Noida Stadium complex, our training ground is a serious space. It is not a play area; it is where kids learn discipline. For beginners, the focus is entirely on technique—learning to throw a jab, pivot correctly, and maintain rhythm. As they progress, we introduce pad work and light-contact sparring, but always under my direct supervision. This builds confidence. They learn that every win is earned, whether it’s winning a medal at a local tournament or just mastering a new combination. This is a community; everyone here cheers for everyone.
