We do not just throw you in the ring; we manage every round to ensure your technique holds up under pressure. You learn to read an opponent and control your distance, but safety comes first, with full headgear and coach supervision at every step. For our students, sparring is the ultimate test of patience and discipline. It is not about hitting hard, but hitting smart. At our Noida Stadium facility, we use these sessions to help students apply what they have learned on the heavy bags against a live partner. ### Why We Spar Many academies let students punch bags for months without ever stepping in the ring. That is a mistake. You need to learn how to move, how to defend, and how to stay calm when someone is punching back. Our supervised sessions teach you to: * Manage ring distance and footwork. * Read an opponent's intent before they strike. * Keep your guard up even when you are tired. ### Safety Is Non-Negotiable We take youth safety seriously. Every sparring session requires full protective gear, including headguards and mouthguards. Our coaches stand by the ring ropes at all times. If someone gets reckless or starts swinging wild, we stop the action immediately. We are building boxers, not brawlers. ### Who Is Ready? This level is not for everyone. You need to know your fundamentals, like stance, guard, and basic movement, before we let you spar. If you cannot protect yourself, you are not ready for the ring. We assess every student before they step in. If you are serious about the sport, come show us your dedication during a trial class. ## About Shaheed Bhagat Singh Boxing Academy We are not a gym where you just do cardio on a treadmill.
