You will find a full-size boxing ring, matted floors for safe sparring, and a row of heavy bags that stay busy. We focus on the gear that actually matters for your training, so do not expect a fancy studio—expect a working gym where you come to sweat, drill, and improve every single day. When you walk into our academy, you are stepping into a dedicated boxing space. We don't rely on machines you see in commercial gyms. Instead, our floor is covered in high-quality mats, providing a safe surface for bodyweight circuits, burpees, and tactical footwork drills. ### Why Our Facility Matters Training in a real ring makes a difference. It changes your spatial awareness and prepares you for actual bouts. We have a regulation-sized ring, multiple heavy bags for power development, and specialized gear like agility ladders and cones for conditioning. ### The Training Environment * **Boxing Ring:** For technical sparring and ring craft practice. * **Heavy Bags & Speed Balls:** Dedicated stations to build strike power and rhythm. * **Conditioning Zone:** A clear matted space for push-ups, sit-ups, and interval training. * **Outdoor Access:** Being at Noida Stadium, we utilize the surrounding track and stairs for explosive cardio sessions. This is not a place to stand around. Whether you are working on your jab and cross combinations or running stair sprints, the facility is designed to keep you moving. We have everything needed to build a complete athlete, from beginner kids to those training for state-level competitions. If you are ready to put in the effort, the setup is here. Aa jao, try karke dekho—come see the facility for yourself and feel the energy. ## About Shaheed Bhagat Singh Boxing Academy I built this place at Noida Stadium because you need more than a gym membership to become a fighter. It is an akhada where we grind, push past limits, and build real strength. Shabash, if you are ready to work, I will ensure you get the training you need.
