Every student gets a one-month internship with unlimited access to our general classes at the Jayanagar studio. It is designed to help you transition from being a practitioner to an instructor by observing real-time corrections, handling diverse body types, and finding your own voice as a teacher. ### Why Choose Our RYT-200 Course? Many people learn moves from YouTube, but teaching requires a deep understanding of human anatomy and injury prevention. Our course is registered with the Yoga Alliance (USA), meaning your certification carries weight anywhere in the world. Whether you are looking to teach full-time or simply want to deepen your personal practice, this program provides the foundation. ### What You Will Learn We focus on a blend of Hatha and Ashtanga styles. You will move beyond simple poses to study: - **Anatomy and Physiology:** Understanding why the body moves the way it does. - **Yoga Philosophy:** Exploring the Patanjali Sutras and how to apply them to modern life. - **Teaching Methodology:** Practical skills on voice modulation, student adjustment, and creating class sequences that work for beginners and advanced students alike. - **Pranayama and Ayurveda:** Integrating breathwork and dietary habits to manage stress and energy. ### Flexible Learning in Jayanagar We know life is busy. Our training is available in both intensive weekday batches and extended weekend sessions. Whether you are a working professional or a student, we structure our training to fit your schedule. Plus, our studio features a fully equipped rope wall for Iyengar-style practice, ensuring you learn to use props to make yoga accessible for every body type. At the end of the day, yoga is about progress, not perfection. If you have ever thought, 'Ayyō, this is just a simple pose,' our training will teach you the subtle art of alignment and the deep science behind every movement. Join us to make it official. ## About Say Yoga Namaste, we are SAY Yoga. We believe yoga is more than just bending your body; it is a way of life that balances the mind.
