We see students like Veena Raju, who evolved from a TTC participant into a confident teacher leading our morning sessions, proving that with consistency and the right guidance, anyone can deepen their practice and share it with others. In an era where yoga schools often compete, we focus on the slow, steady growth of our students. Whether you are joining our 4-month hybrid batch in Ghatkopar or our residential retreat in Palolem, our goal is to help you integrate yoga as a way of life, not just a certificate on your wall. We take pride in our mentorship programs, where graduates return to assist in classes, gaining the practical experience needed to teach with authority and empathy. From functional anatomy to the depths of the Yoga Sutras, our curriculum ensures that when you step out as a teacher, you do so with a solid foundation. We value the feedback from students like Mr. Bala Iyer, whose experience highlights our commitment to authenticity and the discipline required for a lifelong sadhana. We believe that when you teach from a place of personal practice, you inspire others to do the same. This is not just a training program, it is a community of seekers where your development, both on and off the mat, remains our primary focus. ## About Sayujya Yoga We are Prutha and Hardik, and for us, Sayujya Yoga is not about business. It is about building a family of seekers. We hold space for students to grow, fail, and eventually flourish, ensuring every teacher leaves us with a deep, authentic understanding of yoga.
