When you train with us, you join a real community of seekers who continue to learn and support each other long after the course concludes. Whether you joined us in Mumbai or Goa, you carry forward the practice of living yoga off the mat. Our certification process is designed to be a beginning, not an end. When we hand out certificates, we are not just acknowledging hours spent on a mat. We are recognizing the shift in perspective, the deepening of self-awareness, and the commitment to authentic practice. Whether you chose our 4-month hybrid course in Ghatkopar, Mumbai, or immersed yourself in a 28-day residential retreat in Palolem, Goa, the core remains the same. We focus on the functional approach to yoga—understanding anatomy, skeletal variation, and the necessity of props—so that every teacher we train is equipped to make yoga accessible for every-body. Our graduates now teach across the globe, bringing philosophy, pranayama, and mindful movement to their own communities. But the training does not stop at the final exam. Our tribe stays connected through ongoing sadhana programs, online theory refreshers, and regular meet-ups. We believe that a yoga teacher is a student for life, and our community platform is the space where that journey continues, supported by a family that values depth over performance. ## About Sayujya Yoga We are Prutha and Hardik, and for us, yoga is a path of self-discovery, not just a series of poses. We started Sayujya Yoga to share the authentic wisdom of the scriptures and functional anatomy, creating a space where you can deepen your practice and find your true self.
