From our studio in Ghatkopar to online sessions with students across continents, our focus remains on functional anatomy, philosophy, and the steady application of yoga in daily life. If you feel ready to move from being a practitioner to a teacher, these programs are designed to provide the depth and discipline you require. For us, yoga is not about achieving the perfect pose, but about understanding the body and the mind in equal measure. Our yogatribe has grown significantly, bringing together dedicated individuals who seek to learn the why behind the practice. Whether you join us for our Holistic Yoga Teacher Training (YTTC), our Yin Yoga certification, or our Sthira Sukham Asanam program, you are stepping into a lineage of study that values long-term practice over quick results. We offer a hybrid model, meaning you can join us in-person at Twins Dance Art Studios in Mumbai, or connect with us live via Zoom from anywhere in the world. Our curriculum is deeply rooted in ancient texts like the Yoga Sutras, balanced with a modern, practical understanding of biomechanics and injury prevention. We believe that true growth happens when you have a community to support your journey. This is why our training extends beyond the mat, involving mentorship and consistent guidance throughout your certification period. If you have been searching for a program that demands honesty, rigorous study, and a genuine connection to your roots, we invite you to view our upcoming course schedule and begin your own sadhana. ## About Sayujya Yoga We are Prutha and Hardik, and we believe yoga is a path of introspection, not just physical fitness. Through Sayujya Yoga, we have created a space where discipline meets devotion, helping dedicated practitioners turn inward. We are here to guide you, whether you are joining us from your home or in our Mumbai studio.
