## About Wedding & Engagement Cakes

I like a cake to carry something of your story. For a doctor and musician, that became "Medicine meets Melody", with a heartbeat line and musical notes. Another couple came back after their engagement cake for their wedding cake.

### Designs I've made

My wedding cake designs include floral tiers, rustic semi-naked cakes, valima cakes and suspended chandelier cakes. Engagement and bridal-shower designs include "She Said Yes", initials and a fondant wedding dress. Anniversary work includes a 25th-anniversary cake with an edible image of the couple's hands.

### Chandelier cakes

These are my "signature" designs. I've made four-tier suspended cakes and assembled them at the venue. One 30th-anniversary project was three months in the making. That was its project timeline, not a standard booking rule.

### Flowers and delivery

I use food-safe silk or artificial flowers instead of real flowers. My videos show dowelling, packing and venue assembly. I've delivered a two-tier wedding cake to Andhra Pradesh with plum cake favours. That was a special project. Regular local delivery is across Bengaluru, with pickup in Narayanapura.

### My story

Baking wasn’t always the plan. My kitchen, my kids, and a lot of late-night experiments - that’s how it started. Friends and family cheered me on, and out of nowhere, a corporate client wanted birthday cakes every month. That changed everything. But honestly, it’s my son’s fight in the NICU that taught me real strength. Every cake I make, there’s a bit of that love and fight in it.
