Because I do not keep stock ready-to-go, I need 4-5 days of notice to plan your design, source the ingredients, and ensure your cake is fresh. If you have a specific date in mind, let us chat sooner rather than later. Edible art means more than just a cake to me. It is about balancing textures and flavors. My Rasmalai cake is a prime example. It is not just a sponge, but a bridge between the traditional desserts you love and the modern cake format. I love experimenting with fusion. Whether it is modaks for Ganesh Chaturthi or chocolate bouquets, the treats must taste as good as they look. I handle the baking myself, which allows me to maintain that 100% vegetarian standard you expect. Delivering across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane means I get to be part of your celebrations, whether it is a birthday in Chembur or a corporate gift in Thane. I specialize in turning concepts into reality, so if you have a wild idea, do not hesitate to share it. ## About Say Aa Cakes by Shreya I am Shreya, the messy hands and wild ideas behind Say Aa Cakes.
