My New York style blueberry cheesecake has a proper buttery biscuit base and a dense filling that holds up, while the dessert jars are all about those clean, satisfying layers of fresh sponge and cream. ### Real Ingredients, Real Taste I keep my baking process transparent. Whether you're ordering my signature New York style blueberry cheesecake or one of my layered dessert jars, you get 100% vegetarian, eggless desserts that taste homemade because they are. ### Why Dessert Jars? They are the ultimate grab-and-go comfort. My jars, like the Caramel Crunch or Choco Chip, are layered with fresh sponge and cream to ensure you get a bit of everything in every spoonful. They are perfect for individual gifting or adding to a larger hamper for friends. ### The Cheesecake Standard For the cheesecake lovers, I don't mess around with the classics. My blueberry cheesecake relies on a dense, creamy filling and a homemade blueberry topping that cuts through the richness. It’s the kind of dessert that works for a small birthday or just because you’ve had a long week. ### How It Works Everything is made in my Chembur kitchen. Since I don't rely on preservatives, I make these fresh for your delivery date. * **Ordering:** Please plan 4-5 days ahead to ensure I can source everything fresh. * **Delivery:** I deliver across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, including Navi Mumbai and Thane. * **Customization:** Want a specific flavor for a jar? Let me know, and we can discuss if I can make it happen. ## About Say Aa Cakes by Shreya I’m Shreya, the messy hands and wild ideas behind Say Aa Cakes.
